Wesco 3A/2A

Arlington 68, Lynnwood 44

BOTHELL — Kaid Hunter led nine Arlington scorers with a game-high 16 points and the Eagles cruised past the Royals in a Wesco 3A/2A matchup.

Leyton Martin scored 15 points and Billy Kooy added 11 for Arlington (5-1 overall, 3-0 league), which held a 33-15 lead at the half.

Nathan Sebhatu registered 13 points and Josh Shuge had 12 for Lynnwood (0-5, 0-3).

Marysville Getchell 66, Cascade 45

MARYSVILLE — Bubba Palacol led a quarter of Chargers in double figures with a team-high 17 points in Marysville Getchell’s victory over the Bruins in Wesco 3A/2A play.

Palacol added five assists and three steals. Wyatt Harris had 13 points, four rebounds and three steals, and Shawn Etherdige and Zach Rice chipped in 10 points apiece for Marysville Getchell (5-1, 2-1 league).

Gavin Wright netted a game-high 20 points and Aidan Kopra added seven for Cascade (2-3, 0-3).

Mountlake Terrace 74, Stanwood 45

STANWOOD — Jaxon Dubiel scored 10 of his game-high 23 points in the first quarter, and the Hawks took control early in the Wesco 3A/2A game against the Spartans.

Chance Chalmers added 16 points, including three 3-pointers in the second quarter, as Mountlake Terrace (4-0 overall and Wesco 3A/2A) raced to a 41-17 halftime lead.

John Floyd scored 22 points to pace Stanwood (2-2, 2-1).

Emerald Sound Conference

Sultan 66, Seattle Academy 61

SULTAN — Eli Trichler poured in all of his game-high 29 points in the final three quarters and the Turks topped the Cardinals in a tight Emerald Sound Conference Coho Division contest.

Toby Trichler scored 14 points, Dom Castillo added nine and Sultan (3-2 overall, 2-0 league) made 24 free throws, including 11 from Eli Trichler, to help key the win.

Chaney Wampold led Seattle Academy (2-3, 1-1) with 19 points.

RENTON — The Timberwolves fell in a non-league matchup with the Red Hawks.

Ryan McFerran netted 19 points, Colby Cooke had 16 and Seamus Williams added 10 for Jackson (3-2).

Daniel Jackson Jr. scored a game-high 21 points to pace Renton (4-1), which built a 67-41 lead through three quarters.

Meadowdale 63, Everett 53

LYNNWOOD — Gia Powell, Mia Brockmeyer and Audrey Lucas combined for 42 second-half points and the Mavericks rallied from down 19 at halftime to beat the Seagulls in Wesco 3A/2A action.

Powell scored 16 of her 18 points in the second half, Brockmeyer had 13 of her 18 points in the third quarter and Lucas netted 13 of her 14 points in the fourth for Meadowdale (5-1 overall, 3-0 league), which outscored Everett 48-19 over the final two quarters.

Alana Washington had 18 points, Mae Washington netted 13 and Mylie Wugumgeg added 12 for Everett (3-2, 2-1).

Emerald Sound Conference

Seattle Academy 44, Sultan 26

SEATTLE — The Turks fell in an Emerald Sound Conference Coho Division matchup with the Cardinals.

Ranah Rylah scored eight points and Rashell Salisbury added seven to pace Sultan (2-3 overall, 0-1 league).

Makaila Johnson scored a game-high 22 points for Seattle Academy (3-3, 2-0).

EASTSOUND — Claire Wright scored all 12 of Darrington’s fourth-quarter points as the Loggers picked up a Northwest 2B/1B victory over the Vikings.

Wright scored a game-high 25 points and Carli Espeland and Allie Cochran added five apiece for Darrington (2-3 overall, 1-0 league).

Charlotte Winter recorded 10 points to lead Orcas Island (0-5, 0-3).

SHORELINE — Cassie Chesnut led three Shorecrest players in double figures with 16 points as the Scots beat the Tomahawks in a non-league game.

Melody Tangle netted all 15 of her points on five 3-pointers, Jorja Perrin scored 10 points and Anna Usitalo added nine for Shorecrest (5-1).

Vanessa Kennebrew led Marysville Pilchuck (0-7) with four points.

EVERETT — Claire Mitchell scored 12 of her team-high 14 points in the second half and the Chargers bested the Bruins in a non-league matchup.

Emma Kirkwood and Chloe Downing added nine points apiece for Marysville Getchell (2-3).

Sally Sylla registered a game-high 21 points and Jaidyn Wilson had 10 for Cascade (1-4).

Lake Stevens 77, Ferndale 42

FERNDALE — Griffyn Eyman and Keira Tupua netted 20 points apiece and the Vikings were off to the races early in a non-league victory over the Golden Eagles.

Nisa Ellis scored 14 points and Ava Heston chipped in eight for Lake Stevens (3-2), which led 44-12 at the half.

Jilly Fox had a game-high 25 points for Ferndale (4-2).

Glacier Peak 44, Edmonds-Woodway 42

EDMONDS — Zoey Ritter scored 13 of her game-high 18 points in the fourth quarter and the Grizzlies locked down defensively in the first half of a non-league victory over the Warriors.

Glacier Peak (1-4) held Edmonds-Woodway to just two points in the first quarter and 12 through the first half. Marley Macris chipped in 11 points for the Grizzlies.

Indira Carey-Boxley posted a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds and Finley Wichers added 10 points for Edmonds-Woodway (3-4).
