State law (RCW 29A.60.190) states “fourteen days after a primary … election, the county canvassing board shall … certify the results.” Candidates and their campaign committees and volunteers, who were unsuccessful in their run for office, would serve the public and the environment by removing all signs from public rights-of-way immediately following the certified results!
