STANWOOD — The Warriors jumped out to a 23-8 lead by the end of the first quarter on its way to improving to 6-0. Rece Green and Jack Edlund each scored 12 points for Stanwood (0-5). Individual statistics were not reported for Edmonds-Woodway.
Monroe 76, Newport 43
MONROE — Chayce Waite Kellar connected on nine of 10 shots to score 18 points while grabbing 11 rebounds for the Bearcats (8-0). Dom Castillo tallied 16 points and 10 boards, and Myles Baumchen drained a trio of 3s for his nine points. Monroe recorded 17 assists as a team.

DARRINGTON — Sophomore Grady Stuvland led the Loggers (3-4) with 15 points and two steals. Hunter Anderson and Carter Snel each added 13 for Darrington.

EVERETT — Mariner (3-5 overall, 1-2 league) jumped out a 21-9 lead after a quarter, and held off the Bruins (2-5, 0-3) the rest of the way. Frankie Bouah led the Marauders with 17 points, and Julian Amick and Deng Deng each added 10. Gavin Wright recorded a game-high 18 for Cascade.
