Message, support in Everett Hands Off protest are clear

The fabulously large crowd in Everett reflected a nationwide trend involving millions of citizens sending a message: Hands Off our democracy. Stop trying to dismantle the judiciary. Leave the Department of Education alone. Don’t take away the funding for health care research. Don’t even think about messing with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and federal oversight watchdogs. Show respect for our veterans, disabled, multi-ethnic members of our country.

Most notable of all was a total absence of damage to property, harm to others, and counter-protest. Somebody’s got it right here, and it isn’t the haters who are currently abusing power.
