Detectives looking for suspects in Lynnwood shooting

EVERETT — Detectives are investigating after a man was shot multiple times on Saturday night in Lynnwood.

Deputies responded before 6:30 p.m. Saturday to the 14500 block of Admiralty Way for reports of a shooting, according to a social media post from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office on Monday.

A 23-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds that were described as life-threatening and taken to the hospital, the post said. No update was provided on the man’s condition.

Investigators with the sheriff’s office’s major crimes unit took over the case and learned the victim was shot while in the parking lot of an apartment complex, the department said. Multiple shell casings were recovered from the scene.

The sheriff’s office said detectives are still working to identify suspects who were seen leaving the area in an unknown vehicle.
