EVERETT — Asian lifestyle retailer, TESO Life, plans to open its first Snohomish County location at Alderwood Mall late this year.
The chain department store will offer more than 20,000 products, ranging from beauty/skincare, toys/collectables, snacks/beverages and home goods, according to the brand’s spokesperson.
“We see ourselves as more than just a store,” said TESO Group’s marketing manager, Su Jeon, in an email. “We are a cultural hub that bridges Asian trends with American consumers.”
Based on the retailer’s online catalogue, shoppers can expect unique snack flavors, hard-to-find beauty items, blind boxes and more.
Headquartered in New York, the company was founded in May 2017, according to TESO Life’s website. Currently, only a Federal Way store is open in the state. Three stores are labeled “coming soon,” including the Lynnwood location at 3000 184th Street SW.
The other upcoming locations are in Tacoma and Tukwila.
At 25,246 square feet, the Lynnwood store will be one of the largest stores yet, Su said.
TESO Life will move into the former REI space at the mall, said Alderwood spokesperson Claudia Ilagan in an email. TESO Life won’t be the only new addition to the mall’s lineup. Opening this fall, shoppers can expect a Levi’s, Miss A, Supreme Dumplings, Rowan, Moida and Shoe Palace.
