This week’s featured new home is a five-bedroom, 2.75-bath two-story on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Creekside at Quilceda development in Marysville. It has a bonus room and an offset three-car garage.

The back yard includes an aggregate patio.

Entrance to the home is through a paneled door with leaded glass inset. Four-inch hardwood planking covers the floor and extends throughout much of the main living area.
