Notes: Everett welcomes center Manraj Hayer back to the lineup after his lengthy spell out because of a concussion. Defenseman Nick Walters is scratched for undisclosed reasons. I was told he’s banged up, but he practiced yesterday. Winger JT Barnett (knee) and defenseman Evan Morden (ankle) are out injured. Winger Jordyn Boyd is Everett’s first healthy scratch in who knows how long.

Notes: Seattle plays without overage defenseman Cason Machacek, who was given an eight-game suspension for making physical contact with an official. Winger Branden Troock, who just completed a suspension himself, is nevertheless scratched. Winger Chance Lund (upper body) and center Tyler Alos (upper body) are out injured. Sixteen-year-old defenseman Taylor Green was called up to fill out the roster and will play center.
