Game 2, Everett at Tri-City: lineup notes

EVERETT

Starting goalie: Simpson.

Scratches: Walters, Boyd, Samoridny, Adam.

Notes: Two changes for Everett from Game 1 as winger Trent Lofthouse and defenseman Lucas Grayson come in for Jordyn Boyd and Nick Walters. I didn’t see any sign of injury from Boyd or Walters last night, so I’m guessing these are coaching decisions. Defenseman Austin Adam still hasn’t returned to the lineup from his lower-body injury.

TRI-CITY

Starting goalie: Rimmer.

Scratches: Nickles, Dallman, McCue, Walter, Gutierrez, Filbrandt, Bowles.

Notes: Exact same lineup for the Americans tonight, as well as a full-strength lineup. Why change a winning formula?
