MARYSVILLE — Justin Peterson’s nine points, eight rebounds and six steals, along with Ryan Alfords’ 14 points and five steals helped Lakewood to a Cascade Conference win. Also in double digits for the Cougars were Paul Coleman, who had three 3-pointers, with 11 points and Zach Smith with 14 points.
