GRANITE FALLS — Peyton Spencer had 19 points and eight rebounds, and Jamie Alexander contributed three points, nine rebounds and six assists to lead Granite Falls to the Cascade Conference win. Dani Markwood scored a team-high 16 points for Sultan.
