SNOHOMISH — Glacier Peak outlasted Lynnwood 35-33 in the first set of their Wesco 3A match and kept the momentum to put away the Royals in the next two sets 25-21, 25-23 to earn a berth in the 3A District 1 playoffs. Glacier Peak’s (5-5 league, 6-8 overall) Olivia VanDlac provided 15 kills and 11 digs, Taylor Lichfield added six kills and 21/2 blocks and Anna Darling had a team-leading 42 assists. Lynnwood (3-7, 5-7) was led by 17 assists apiece from Megan Herzog and Jennifer Tsuji, Kayla Dumo’s 23 digs and Apol Thomaier’s 14 kills and five blocks.
