Our featured new home this week is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome-style condominium in the Trailside Townhomes development in the Snohomish historic district. The Centennial Trail is literally outside the back door

The main floor includes a foyer, short hall leading to a great-room, a kitchen, powder room and attached single car garage. Upstairs are a bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe closet and full bathroom, two additional bedrooms served by a full bathroom, and a laundry room.
