Everett: $245,000 to HDR Engineering for extra work on a sewer-related project on Bond Street.

$75,000 to forester Mark Hitchcock of Bow in north Skagit County to help manage city forest land surrounding Chaplain Reservoir.

Lake Stevens: $10,379 to Marysville for housing prisoners in April.
