"Everything but marriage" to be signed Monday in Seattle

The bill expanding rights for registered domestic partnerships – same-sex and those couples where one person is 62 years or older – will be signed Monday morning in Seattle.

Then the AG’s office can finish its work on the referendum to repeal the legislation.

Here’s the notice from the governor’s office – and the third bill is the one targeted for repeal.:
