Wednesday practice note

Add safety Johri Fogerson to the ever-growing injured list for today. Fogerson played last weekend with an ankle injury and was in pads for yesterday’s practice, but today he was watching on the sideline in sweats.

Also not in pads today was tailback David Freeman. Freeman, who has injuries to both ankles, suited up but didn’t do much in Tuesday’s practice, and today he was watching from the sideline.

Terrence Dailey, who has been sick, returned to practice today. Donald Butler (concussion) and D’Andre Goodwin (ribs) again practiced in red no-contact jerseys.

The No. 1 offense was doing a two-minute drill against the No. 2 defense, and a good sign for the Huskies defense was that Victor Aiyewa was healthy enough to be on the field. The Ronnie Fouch-led offense drove for a touchdown, scoring on a short pass to Kavario Middleton who, for what it’s worth, was with the No. 1 offense today.
