Trufant suffers minor injury in practice

RENTON — Seattle Seahawks cornerback Marcus Trufant came off the practice field with what appeared to be a minor hand injury Thursday afternoon, but his status for Sunday’s game against San Francisco won’t be disclosed until Friday.

Trufant, a Pro Bowler last season, missed the final 45 minutes of practice.

NFL teams do not have to release an official injury report, complete with a player’s status, until Friday afternoon.
