Seahawks add former Oregon State star to practice squad

RENTON — The Seattle Seahawks ended up with a Pac-10 running back on their practice squad, even if it wasn’t Cal’s Justin Forsett.

One day after losing Forsett to the Indianapolis Colts on waivers, the Seahawks added Oregon State product Yvenson Bernard to the practice squad.

To make room for Bernard, the Seahawks released defensive tackle Kevin Brown from the practice squad.
