Seahawks: Robinson limited in practice

RENTON — For the second consecutive day, new Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Koren Robinson was limited in practice Thursday.

Robinson is trying to ease his way back into game shape after signing with the team earlier this week. He said on Wednesday that he did not want to try to do too much too soon, and on Thursday the Seahawks did not allow Robinson to talk to the media.

Robinson has been bothered by a bad knee.

The Seahawks have made no indication about the possibility of Robinson sitting out Sunday’s game against the St. Louis Rams, so as of Thursday afternoon he appeared to still be in the plans.

Courtney Taylor, Billy McMullen, Michael Bumpus, Keary Colbert and Deion Branch got most of the work at receiver Thursday. Branch is the only one from that group who appears unlikely to play against the Rams. He is still trying to come back from February knee surgery.
