World of Outlaws rained out Friday at Skagit Speedway

The World of Outlaws racing at Skagit Speedway was rained out on Friday, Aug. 29.
Racing will continue Saturday and Sunday night, Aug. 30-31.
Friday night tickets will be honored at the show Sunday evening.
