Still no decision on Locker

Tyrone Willingham just met with the media, and a final decision on Locker still hasn’t been made, though it’s sounding less and less likely that he will play Saturday.
Willingham was asked if could still play having not practiced this late in the week and said, “Yes he could be, but the likelihood is probably not there. But I like the way he’s coming, I like what he’s done so far, and we’ll see exactly where he goes, because I won’t rule out anything between now and Saturday.”
Practice is in a few minutes, so I’ll update with what we see from Locker in the little time we have out there, though it probably won’t be too telling seeing as we only get 25 minutes.
Other injury updates: Receiver Quintin Daniels, who has been out with a knee injury, practiced for the first time earlier this week, but was slowed yesterday with back spasms.
Linebacker Donald Butler still seems a long shot to return from a knee injury. He was held out of yesterday’s practice after doing limited work on Tuesday.
Safety Nate Williams, who missed the Oregon State game with hamstring injury, has been going at full speed in practice and is expected to be ready to play barring a setback today.
