Rankin TD makes it a two-score Washington lead

The Huskies answered Stanford’s touchdown with a 75-yard scoring drive, capped by a one-yard Louis Rankin run. Rankin also had runs of seven, 43 and five yards on the drive. He now has 22 carries for a career-high 191 yards.

And the Huskeis just forced a three-and-out to get the ball back. We all learned last week not to assume anything, but the Huskies could come close to putting this game away with a TD drive here, and they’ll have a short field to work with, starting at their 46 yard line.
