An Hour to Go

We’re about an hour to tipoff for the Washington-LSU game and both teams are on the court warming up. They just let the students into the building so the Dawg Pack section is filling up fast. Every player on the court is wearing his warm-up shirt except Glen Davis, who is in a tank top and displaying his very large upper frame.

A huge key is not only trying to slow down Davis but having Spencer Hawes and Jon Brockman stay out of foul trouble. Artem Wallace and Hans Gasser are nice role players but you don’t want them playing extended minutes in a game like this.

Washington also needs to take control early. They don’t want a close game late where experience becomes a factor, because that is clearly LSU’s biggest advantage.
