Crane tips over on railroad tracks; no injuries

MARYSVILLE — No one was hurt Thursday when a stand-alone crane tipped over between Everett and Marysville. The sight caused a stir for commuters on nearby bridges.
It happened in the late morning or early afternoon in the area of Ebey Slough. Rail service was not affected, and the tracks were quickly cleared, Burlington Northern Santa Fe spokesman Gus Melonas said.
