Not everyone is enjoying extra cash

Everyone received notice 1275 from the IRS informing them of their big refund checks, but I wonder how many people received notice 1277 from the IRS? This would be the “apology for the mistake” form. I also would call it the “you don’t make enough money to hide it form.” All the people who work hard trying to make life better for their families, looking forward to a little extra cash to get that bike or scooter or just something that is special to your family – ” We’re sorry … you have a family.” One more child left behind.
