Video shows Lake Stevens homicide victim, suspect

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office has released surveillance video footage showing homicide victim Phillipa Evans-Lopez and her suspected killer, Anthony Garver, together at a Lake Stevens McDonald’s an estimated three days before the killing.
He’s now charged with first-degree murder. He is being held without bail.
The video can be viewed below or here. Detectives are looking for anyone who witnessed the two together.
