Man injured in scooter crash in Lynnwood

LYNNWOOD — A 22-year-old man was seriously injured in a scooter crash in Lynnwood on Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators believe he struck a raised curb and lost control of the scooter. No other vehicles were involved.

The accident happened shortly before 3 p.m. on 168th Street SW near Meadowdale High School, according to Lynnwood police.
