Eighth annual Belgian Fest: The eighth annual Belgian Fest is Jan. 28 at Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion, 305 Harrison St. The event will highlight more than 100 Belgian-style beers crafted by Washington breweries, including Mukilteo’s Diamond Knot Brewing. There is two sessions, starting at noon and 5:30 p.m. Advance tickets are $37 or $45 at the door. Limited tickets at the door. Admission includes a tasting glass and 10 tasting tokens. Washington Hop Mob Triple IPA Roadshow: The official kickoff of the Washington Hop Mob Triple IPA Roadshow, a 10-day celebration of the world’s hoppiest beers, is Feb. 2 at Brouwer’s Cafe, 400 N 35th St., Seattle. There will be 32 Triple IPAs on tap at that event. Other event will follow for the next 10 days across Western Washington, from Vancouver to Bellingham, including an event at Sound to Summit Brewing on Feb. 9.

Melvin’s National 2X4 Day event: Bothell’s The Hop and Hound and Lynnwood’s Special Brews are two of only 30 bottleshops/taprooms in the world to host a National 2X4 Day event with Wyoming’s Melvin Brewing. Fisherman’s Village Music Festival lineup announcement party: The Everett Music Initiative will release its FVMF17 lineup at the Scuttlebutt Brewing taproom at 8 p.m. Feb. 10.
