Josh’s Taps &Caps turns 1: The Snohomish taproom and bottleshop celebrates its first anniversary with a celebration from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. April 22 at the taproom, 1800 Bickford Ave., Snohomish. There will be food courtesy Pinky Q’s barbecue food truck.
Hales Ales tasting: Woodinville’s The Collective on Tap is hosting Seattle’s Hales Ales for a tasting event from 5 to 8 p.m. April 24 at the taproom, 17802 134th Ave. NE, Woodinville.
Pints and Paints at Route 2: Monroe’s Route 2 Taproom and Grazing Place is hosting a Pints and Paints party from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 24 at the taproom, 19837 Highway 2, Monroe. Cost is $45 and includes all supplies and the first drink.
Wingman Brewers tasting: Monroe’s Route 2 Taproom and Grazing Place is hosting Tacoma’s Wingman Brewing at 6:30 p.m. April 25 at the taproom, 19837 Highway 2, Monroe.
Sausage cookoff at Special Brews: Lynnwood’s Special Brews is hosting a sausage cookoff with beers from Fort George Brewing, Laurelwood Brewing and Oskar Blues from 6 to 8 p.m. April 26 at the bottleshop, 14608 Highway 99 Suite 307, Lynnwood.
“Blood, Sweat and Beer” showing: Bothell’s Beardslee Public House will host a viewing of the documentary “Blood, Sweat and Beer” at 8 p.m. April 26 at the pub, 19116 Beardslee Blvd., Bothell. “Blood, Sweat and Beer” tells the story of the explosive growth of the craft beer industry and the journey of two start-up breweries. There will be food and beer specials during the showing, and Beardslee head brewer Drew Cluley will be on hand to share his brewing experience.
Figurehead Brewing tasting: Diamond Knot Brewing is hosting Seattle’s Figurehead Brewing from 6 to 8 p.m. April 27 at the brewpub, 5602 232nd St. SW, Mountlake Terrace.
Skookum Brewing tasting: Bellingham’s McKay Taphouse is hosting Arlington’s Skookum Brewing for a tasting event from 6 to 9 p.m. April 27 at the taphouse, 1118 Maple St., Bellingham.
Anacortes Brewing tasting: Everett’s The Independent Beer Bar is hosting Anacortes Brewing for a tasting from 7 to 9 p.m. April 27 at the bar, 1801 Hewitt Ave., Everett.
Tri-Cities Craft Beer Festival: The inaugural Tri-Cities Craft Beer Festival is from noon to 5 p.m. April 29 at Southridge Sports Complex, 2901 Southridge Blvd., Kennewick. Nearly 40 breweries will be pouring beer at the event, including Crucible Brewing, Middleton Brewing and Scuttlebutt Brewing. Advance tickets are $20 or $25 at the door and include a commemorative tasting glass and six 5-ounce tastes.
Lake Stevens Brewing tasting: Marysville’s Whitewall Brewing is hosting Lake Stevens Brewing for a tasting event from 6 to 9 p.m. May 3 at the brewery, 14524 Smokey Point Blvd. Suite 1, Marysville.
Cinco de Melvin: Bothell’s The Hop and Hound is hosting a Cinco de Mayo event from 4 to 9 p.m. May 5 at the taproom with a number of Mexican-inspired craft beers, including Melvin Brewing’s HeyZeus Mexican lager.
Cinco de Mayo at Lazy Boy: Everett’s Lazy Boy Brewing is celebrating Cinco de Mayo from 7 to 9:30 p.m. May 6 at the brewery. There will be live music courtesy Who’s Your Daddy and two Mexican-inspired beers: a porter made with cinnamon, peppers, cocoa nibs and vanilla, and a Vienna-style lager infused with limes and pepper.
