LAKE STEVENS — Montana Wahlberg and Sierra Carter scored back-to-back goals in the 10th and 11th minutes for Lake Stevens in a Wesco 4A game. Carter’s goal was assisted by Wahlberg. Lakes Stevens goals came regularly throughout the remainder of play: Kali Long in the 21st minute, Breonna Countryman in the 24th assisted by Hannah Hughsers, Cassidy McCord in the 50th assisted by Tayhler Williams, McCord again in the 65th assisted by Kaylee Rowe and Makenna Berg in the 68th assisted by Sierra Carter. Lake Stevens remained undefeated at 6-0 league, 7-0 overall, while Mariner is still seeking its first win at 0-4, 0-6.
