MARYSVILLE — Alex Keen led off the bottom of the seventh inning with a single, moved to second base on a sacrifice bunt by Cody Blount and scored on a single by Zach Smith to give Lakewood the Cascade Conference win. Granite Falls pitcher Riley Larson had limited Lakewood to four hits until the Cougars managed two in the last inning. The second game of a scheduled doubleheader was rained out and postponed to today at Granite Falls.
