Prep boys soccer: Lakewood 2, Coupeville 0

COUPEVILLE — Freshman Randy Anaya notched a goal and an assist for Lakewood (5-9 league, 6-10 overall), which turned a halftime deadlock into a Cascade Conference win. Brandon Ochoa opened the scoring in the 53rd minute on Anaya’s assist — the first point in Anaya’s varsity career. In the 68th minute Sean Hackworth assisted Anaya, who netted the game’s second goal. Gustavo Garcia and Sam Roe combined in goal to record the clean sheet for Lakewood. Coupeville fell to 4-9, 5-9-1.
