MT. VERNON — Sehome stayed alive in the 2A District 1 tournament. It advanced to play Archbishop Murphy in another loser-out game Thursday at Mt. Vernon H.S. Peyton Spencer provided a game-high 20 points to go with seven rebounds and four steals to lead the Tigers.
