Business, restaurant damaged in Lake Stevens fire

LAKE STEVENS — A business and restaurant were damaged in an early Thursday morning fire in Lake Stevens.

The fire was reported shortly after 5 a.m. in the 500 block of 91st Avenue NE.

When Lake Stevens firefighters arrived, flames and heavy smoke were pouring from the roof.

Everett, Snohomish, Marysville and Getchell fire departments were among the outside crews offering assistance.
