Khan, a junior, defeated Squalicum’s Colin Weller in three sets plus a tiebreaker to win the Wesco 3A South singles title.

Anuj Vimawala, Jackson boys tennis

Vimawala, a senior, defeated Cascade’s Yevgeniy Kolomiyets in straight sets to win the 4A District 1 singles title and clinch a state berth.

Rhorrie Henning, Shorecrest soccer

Henning, a sophomore midfielder, scored the match-winning goal in the 69th minute as the Scots beat Marysville Getchell 3-2. The score also completed a hat trick.

Paige Shimkus, Lakewood volleyball

Shimkus, a senior middle blocker, recorded 18 kills and 10 blocks to help the Cougars win a close four-set match against Sedro-Woolley.
