WAYS TO HELP
Teens plan holiday meal
The entrepreneurship class at Crossroads High School in Granite Falls plans a holiday event, “The Crossroads Collective,” 3 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 9. The event features a free, family style meal along with games, movies and snacks.
“The ultimate goal is to offer a place and time where less fortunate people can forget about their troubles and struggles; a place where guests can become one big family, regardless of their circumstances, even if only for one evening.”
Donations are welcome to help support the event through the nonprofit Granite Falls Community Coalition. Mark checks for “Holiday Meal” and send to P.O. Box 1947, Granite Falls, WA 98252.
