Tour the holiday lights in Marysville
A Holiday Tour of Lights runs from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and Dec. 13-16 and 20-23 at Cedarcrest Golf Course, 6810 84th St. NE, Marysville. The family event includes a 20-minute ride aboard the Marysville Noon Rotary Train through a penguin village, polar bear forest and more. There will be a bonfire with s’mores and cocoa.
Suggested donation is $5, $3 youth or $20 per family.

Celebrate hometown holiday in Arlington
A free Hometown Holiday Community Christmas event is set for 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Stillaguamish Athletic Club, 4417 172nd St. NE, Arlington. There will be an elf obstacle course, arts and crafts, letters to Santa, free photos with Santa and more. Open to the public.

PowWow in Edmonds
The community is invited to the Title VI Indian Education second annual PowWow, noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in the gym at the Edmonds Heights and Scriber Lake High School campus, 23200 100th Ave. W, Edmonds.
Find arts and crafts activities, Indian tacos for sale and raffle giveaways. All dancers are welcome.

Dance performance in MountlakeTerrace
Mountlake Terrace Dance Academy students, from toddlers to retirees, perform at a Winter Dance Concert, 1 p.m. Saturday at Mountlake Terrace High School, 21801 44th Ave. W. Get gifts straight from Santa’s sleigh
South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue crews invite neighborhood families to their annual holiday party, 10 a.m. Saturday at the Lake Serene Fire Station 23, 4323 Serene Way, Lynnwood. Santa Claus will be making an appearance with help from the firefighters.
To attend, RSVP to Leslie Hynes, lhynes@South SnoFire.org, and bring a wrapped gift ($10 value or less) labeled with first and last name for each child attending the party. Santa Claus will hand out the gifts to the children during the party. Parents are encouraged to drop off gifts at the station before Saturday so Santa can arrive with them.
