Wetmore Food Truck Fridays: The Washington State Food Truck Association is teaming up with the city of Everett to bring a food truck lot to Wetmore Avenue every Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The plaza, 2710 Wetmore Ave., Everett, can host two to three trucks at a time and has outdoor seating. Edmonds Bourbon Dinner: Take a guided tour through the history of bourbon at 190 Sunset while enjoying a five-course meal and 18-year-old Elijah Craig Bourbon from 6 to 9 p.m. March 22. The restaurant is at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. The dinner, for ages 21 and older, will be hosted by spirit specialist Mike Crow and Niles Peacock, who was recently named KING-5’s Best Bartender in the Best of Western Washington. Pancake Breakfast: Enjoy pancake breakfasts hosted by Sons of Norway Normanna Lodge No. 2 from 7:30 a.m. to noon April 14 and May 12 at 2725 Oakes Ave., Everett. Adults eat for $8, while children 6 and under eat for free.
America’s Best Recipe Contest: Eggland’s Best, a top-selling egg business, is on the hunt for a new egg recipe. The 2018 Eggland’s Best contest invites people to show off their hometown pride and submit recipes featuring Eggland Best’s eggs combined with their favorite local ingredients or dishes.
