Silvertips sign Jr. Silvertip player Jack Lambert

For the third consecutive day, the Silvertips signed a talented American-born youngster, as Everett inked 2003-born forward Jack Lambert on Thursday.

Lambert, a Fairbanks, Alaska native, played last season with the Jr. Silvertips under-15 elite team, leading the team with 10 points (six goals, four assists) in 12 games. The 16-year-old forward lives with former NHL player and the coach of the under-16 team, Turner Stevenson, during the season.

Everett’s list of signed U.S.-born players is now at seven, joining Washingtonians Wyatte Wylie, Dawson Butt and Brendan Lee and netminders Dustin Wolf (Tustin, California), Braden Holt (Bozeman, Montana) and Keegan Karki (Sawtell, Minnesota).
