Stanwood 62, Arlington 56

STANWOOD — Owen Thayer led four Stanwood scorers in double-figures with 19 points and the Spartans held off rival Arlington for a key league win on Friday night.

Mack Hepper and Kolten Bartram-Scott scored 12 points each and Blake Reid added 11 for Stanwood (5-3, 4-1 Wesco 3A/2A), which has won four of its past five games.

Ethan Martin scored a team-high 18 points and Leyton Martin and David Zachman added 10 each for Arlington (6-2, 4-1), which suffered its first league loss of the season.

Snohomish 53, Meadowdale 35

SNOHOMISH — Drew Davis and Andrew Seminara each had 15 points and 11 rebounds as Snohomish earned a league win over Meadowdale.

Eli O’Hair and Peyton Hanning chipped in 10 points each for Snohomish (3-3, 2-2 Wesco 3A/2A).

Aiden Bloomquist, Jaymon Wright, Eben Sarka and Malik Robinson scored six points each for Meadowdale (0-8, 0-5).

Cascade 75, Lynnwood 70

EVERETT — Devin Gilbert scored 27 points and added 12 rebounds, three steals and two blocks as Cascade overtook Lynnwood late in a hard-fought league game on Friday night for its first win of the season.

Aidan Kopra scored 19 points and Cam Edwards chipped in 10 points for Cascade (1-6, 1-4 Wesco 3A/2A).

Keegan Williams (27) and Tommy McMahon (24) combined for 51 points and hit six 3-pointers for Lynnwood (0-7, 0-5).

GRANITE FALLS — Grayson Hott scored a game-high 16 points, but Granite Falls fell to University Prep in a league game on Friday night.

Johnathan Roberts added 12 points for Granite Falls (1-4, 0-3 Emerald Sound).

Henry Wright led University Prep (5-3, 5-0) with 13 points.

Krystin Kamrath scored a game-high 18 points for Blaine (2-5, 1-5).
