DUVALL — Talan Zenk and Tyler Shankle each drove in two runs to back a strong outing by Dayton Nickolson as the Hawks defeated the Red Wolves in a league matchup.
Zenk finished 2-for-3 with a double and two stolen bases, Shankle was 2-for-2 with a double and Rominic Quiban had three hits and four stolen bases for Mountlake Terrace (6-4 overall, 3-2 Wesco South). Nickolson went 6 2/3 innings and struck out 11 while allowing three runs. Tyler Song recorded the final out to earn the save.
Cedarcrest fell to 3-6 overall and 2-3 in league play.
Shorecrest 8, Meadowdale 7
SHORELINE — Hudson Cunningham doubled at the plate and picked up the win on the mound as the Scots held off a Mavericks rally to earn a league win.
Dillon Carrell starnded the tying run on third in the top of the seventh inning to earn the save and added two hits and an RBI at the plate, and Jake Lockwood doubled for Shorecrest (6-5 overall, 2-3 Wesco South).
Malihki Emery-Henderson doubled and drove in three runs, Nic Zardis had two hits and a double and Isaiah Kepoo-Sebate tripled for Meadowdale (7-5, 3-2), which trailed 8-0 before rallying for six runs in the sixth and one in the seventh.

SHORELINE — Rory Swanson drove in two runs and three Shorewood pitchers combined on a three-hit shutout as the Stormrays bested the Knights in a non-league tilt.
Swanson tripled and had two hits, Isaac Van Horn had two hits and Blake Gettmann drove in a run for Shorewood (7-4). Jacob Lindberg struck out four over four innings to earn the win. Oliver Truong and Jameson Connolly combined for six strikeouts over three innings to finish the shutout.
DJ Batalona reached base twice for Kamiak (3-6).
Jackson 4, Edmonds-Woodway 1
EDMONDS — Evan Mothersbaugh drove in two runs and Chase Halvorsen struck out three over four scoreless innings as the Timberwolves topped the Warriors in a non-league contest.
Micah Coleman added a pair of doubles and an RBI and Kellan Johns picked up a three-inning save for Jackson (8-1).
Jens Simonsen had a hit and pitched three innings, allowing one run with five strike outs, for Edmonds-Woodway (7-3).

SHORELINE — Gabby Cummings pitched a nine-inning complete game and went 3-for-4 with an RBI at the plate as the Wildcats topped the Scots in a league contest.
Sophia Mazzeo added two hits and two RBI and Saylah Lopez had two hits and an RBI for Archbishop Murphy (5-4 overall, 2-2 Wesco 3A/2A).
Shorecrest fell to 4-5 overall and 0-4 in league play.
Lynnwood 13, Mountlake Terrace 11
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Ashara Taylor hit two home runs and drove in six runs as the Royals powered past the Hawks in a league battle.
Nyree Johnson homered and drove in three, Sydney Weitkamp had three hits and two RBI and Malina Holden added a pair of doubles for Lynnwood (3-4 overall, 2-2 Wesco 3A/2A). Holden, Weitkamp, Taylor and Briar Knoth all scored three times. Weitkamp picked up the win in the circle.
Kyleigh Smith had three hits, including a home run, and six RBI, Amaya Johnson homered and drove in two, Mya Sheffield hit a solo home run and Bri Reyes had two doubles and two RBI for Mountlake Terrace (4-4, 2-2).
Cedarcrest 15, Shorewood 0
SHORELINE — Lily Rafferty fanned nine batters and pitched a two-hit shutout, Madison Knowles hit a double and a home run and the Red Wolves cruised to a league win over the Stormrays.
Gabbi Harrington had three hits, including a double and a triple, and Riley Warden hard three hits for Cedarcrest (4-4 overall, 3-2 Wesco 3A/2A.
Yuri Siler doubled and notched both hits for Shorewood (3-3, 0-2).
Non-league
Jackson 19, Stanwood 0 (5)
STANWOOD — Yanina Sherwood tossed a one-hit shutout, Rachel Sysum homered twice and drove in five runs and the Timberwolves rolled past the Spartans in a non-league game.
Sysum finished with three hits, Simone Williams had three hits, including a double, and an RBI, Leneyah Mitchell had two hits and two RBI and Matea Lopez had two hits and two RBI for Jackson (10-0). Sherwood struck out 12 and added a home run and two RBI at the plate.
Karsen Bilow picked up the lone hit for Stanwood (4-5).
Kamiak 26, Meadowdale 2 (5)
LYNNWOOD — The Knights pounded out 26 hits, including six extra-base hits, as they cruised by the Mavericks in a non-league contest.
Scarlette Chapman had four hits, including two home runs and a double, drove in five runs and scored for runs for Kamiak (12-0). Aliya Boonsripisal homered, had five hits, drove in four and scored four times, Frances Famatiga had three hits and four RBI and Samantha Rohwer, Tyler Karabach and Sammy Porter each had two hits and three RBI. Synclair Mawudeku pitched three innings to earn the win.
Analise Griffiths had two doubles and an RBI and Madison Mitchell had two hits for Meadowdale (5-3).
Edmonds-Woodway 11, Mariner 1 (5)
EDMONDS — Vilhemine Magne went 2-for-3 with a double and four RBI and the Warriors topped the Marauders in a non-league game.
Mallry Melin had two hits and scored twice and Taylor Pastega added a double and two RBI for Edmonds-Woodway (5-3).
Mariner fell to 0-8.
