EVERETT — A motorboat, right, pulls away from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s 387-foot superyacht, Launchpad, moored near the Port of Everett on Friday morning.
Launchpad, valued at an estimated $300 million, is part of a larger luxury fleet owned by Zuckerberg that includes a 220-foot support vessel, Wingman, valued around $30 million.
Before Everett, Launchpad was seen Tuesday in Lake Union and later Elliott Bay. The sightings of the superyacht coincides with news of layoff notices for 1,400 Meta employees in the Washington state area.
Correction: A previous version of this story said the yacht was seen Thursday morning. It was seen Friday morning.
