Marysville police asking for more witnesses to deadly crash

EVERETT — Police in Marysville are asking for help from anyone who witnessed a deadly crash last week.
A 55-year-old Everett man was killed when a Chevrolet Suburban crashed head-on into a Ford F-250 the man was driving near 132nd Street and Smokey Point Boulevard around 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, The Daily Herald previously reported.
Five other people were hurt, including a passenger in the truck, as well as the driver of the suburban and three children who were also in the car, police said last week.
Now, the Marysville Police Department’s Traffic Collision Investigations Unit is asking for information from anyone who saw the crash or observed “driving behavior” leading up to it, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.
“At the time of the incident, we believe we spoke with all witnesses and collected all available footage, but we want to ensure that anyone who did not speak with law enforcement that day reaches out,” the department said.
