EVERETT — One man died in a shooting Friday evening in south Everett, police said.
Just after 7:40 p.m. Friday, officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots and a rollover accident at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and 75th Street SE, police said. Officers found a vehicle on its side with one man trapped inside. He had suffered an “apparent gunshot wound,” according to a news release.
Police did not believe there was any ongoing threat to the community.
Detectives worked through the night to recover evidence and process the scene, the release says.
