Monroe: $2,617 to Puget Sound Energy of Bellevue for natural gas.

$13,131 to Snohomish County Corrections Department of Everett for February jailing billing.

Snohomish: $582 to the city of Everett for animal shelter service.

$92 to Everett Stamp Works, of Everett, for an appreciation plaque for a volunteer.
