EDMONDS — The death of a man whose body was found on Picnic Point Road on June 4 has been ruled a suicide.
The 38-year-old overdosed, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office said Wednesday. His body had been discovered in a stream in the unincorporated area north of Edmonds.
Death investigations involving toxicology tests often take several months to complete.
