EDMONDS — A SeaTac man who was shot and killed at a party held in the Edmonds Senior Center has been identified.
Shortly before midnight Dec. 14, someone fired a handgun mutiple times at Alexander D. Rhodes, 23, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. He died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
The medical examiner called his death a homicide.
Police arrested a man shortly after the shooting, but he was later released from jail. Prosecutors chose not to press charges at the time.
