EVERETT — The pedestrian hit and killed last week on Evergreen Way has been identified.
Around 10 p.m. Nov. 14, Rose Haube, 34, was crossing in the 11800 block of Evergreen Way when a car struck her, fire officials said. Everett officers attempted life-saving measures, but Haube died at the scene.
She died of blunt force injuries, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office determined.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. A police spokesperson couldn’t be reached for an update on the status of the crash investigation Wednesday.
The crash closed the northbound lanes of Evergreen Way for over two hours.
