A homeowner in the 1600 block of Baker Avenue called 911 just after 9 a.m. to report he’d shot someone, Everett police officer Kerby Duncan said. When officers arrived, they found a woman in her 60s with a gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital.
The homeowner, a man in his 60s, was cooperating with police. No arrests had been made as of Friday, Duncan said. The relationship between the man and woman was unclear.
