This week’s featured new construction is a four-bedroom, 2.75-bath two-story with den, located in the Northpointe development near Mill Creek. It’s the Juniper A floor plan, with 2,077 square-feet of living space and a two-car garage.
The den and a three-quarter bathroom are located to the left upon entry, along a hallway that leads to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Access to the completely finished garage is to the right of the entry.
Bathroom appointments include a pedestal sink, walk-in shower with fiberglass shell, a wood-wrapped window and vinyl flooring. The den, which could also serve as a fifth bedroom, has a window facing a side yard.
